Maintain the Level Perspective

I continue to remind myself of the importance of maintaining a level and balanced perspective on my career, current job and current set of activities.

I am not just talking about professional-personal balance, I am talking also about understanding the players, their roles, their importance and how they will affect me on my career trajectory. Most of the time, the really frustrating people and projects will have little if any overall impact. As such, there is no reason to waste time on them.
